We are looking for a high-level SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Lead to join a high-performing project team. This role is designed for a consultant who excels at the intersection of Human Capital Management and digital transformation. You will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle—from initial discovery to final deployment—ensuring that complex HR processes are seamlessly integrated within an S/4HANA environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Delivery: Drive the full project lifecycle for SAP HR and S/4HANA HCM solutions, drawing on a proven track record of successful, large-scale implementations.
  • Functional Leadership: Lead high-impact workshops and conduct rigorous Fit-Gap analyses to align business requirements with SAP best practices.
  • System Customisation: Architect and configure SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, ensuring a deep understanding of core data structures and integrated data flows.
  • Solution Integration: Oversee the technical and functional harmony between SuccessFactors, on-premise SAP HR, and external third-party systems.
  • Complex Problem Solving: Identify, diagnose, and resolve intricate defects by presenting clients with strategic options that balance technical feasibility with business value.
  • Strategic Development: Proactively identify system gaps and engineer custom solutions to ensure the platform evolves alongside business needs.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Navigate complex organisational hierarchies to manage expectations, drive decision-making, and maintain alignment with Process Architects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive SAP Tenure: A minimum of five full end-to-end project lifecycles with a focus on SAP HR/HCM or S/4HANA environments.
  • SuccessFactors Expertise: Demonstrated capability in configuring and deploying SuccessFactors solutions alongside traditional SAP landscapes.
  • Architectural Insight: Strong grasp of HR data models, personnel administration, and organisational management within the SAP ecosystem.
  • High-Pressure Delivery: Proven ability to meet demanding milestones and deliver high-profile project activities within strict timeframes.
  • Consulting Excellence: Superior interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into business outcomes for senior leadership.

Security & Eligibility

  • Mandatory Clearance: Current AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance.
  • Preferred: An active NV1 Clearance is highly regarded.
